Channel Controller

As Channel Controller, you will report to the Sales Director and be responsible for implementing sector strategies across the UK. You’ll have direct line management responsibilities and oversee a key part of the customer portfolio. Your main areas of learning will include understanding people, products, customers, and the company’s operations.

To be eligible for this role, you should have a solid commercial background in FMCG and demonstrate:

  • Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to drive performance and motivate teams
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience managing complex customer relationships
  • Excellent sales and negotiation capabilities
  • Experience in cross-functional team collaboration
  • Outstanding commercial planning and strategic insight
  • Ideally, with both branded and own label experience

  • Leadership presence and authority
